Services Description

Crystal Clear Solutions LLC provides permanent lighting installation services in the Columbus, Ohio metro area. We serve 40+ cities across central Ohio. Our services include:

• Permanent Christmas light installation
• Accent lighting
• Holiday lighting
• Security lighting
• Gameday lighting

Our lights are installed once and stay on your home all year. You control them from your phone to match any season, holiday, or event. No ladders. No annual reinstalls. No hassle.

Booking and Estimates

We offer free estimates with no obligation. You can request an estimate through our website booking form, by calling us at 614-756-3154, or by emailing us directly.

Scheduling an estimate does not commit you to purchasing any services. After your estimate, you are free to decide whether to move forward. There is no pressure and no hidden fees.

We do our best to accommodate your preferred scheduling times. Installation dates are subject to availability, weather conditions, and seasonal demand.

Pricing and Payment

All pricing is provided through a written estimate before any work begins. Your estimate will clearly outline the scope of work and the total cost. We believe in transparent pricing with no hidden fees or surprise charges.

Payment terms will be discussed and agreed upon before installation begins. We will never charge you for work that was not included in your approved estimate without your consent.

If additional work is needed beyond the original estimate, we will discuss the changes and costs with you before proceeding.

Warranty

Crystal Clear Solutions LLC stands behind our work. We offer a 5 year parts and labor warranty on all installations. This warranty covers:

• Defective lights or components
• Installation workmanship issues
• Parts replacement at no additional cost
• Labor for warranty repairs at no additional cost

If you experience an issue covered under warranty, contact us and we will respond within 48 hours to schedule a warranty service visit.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by severe weather events, physical tampering, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear beyond the warranty period.

Limitation of Liability

Crystal Clear Solutions LLC performs all installations with care and professionalism. However, our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for those services.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This includes but is not limited to lost profits, property damage not directly caused by our installation, or damages resulting from events outside our control.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be legally excluded under Ohio law.

Property Access

By scheduling an installation, you grant Crystal Clear Solutions LLC permission to access your property for the purpose of performing the agreed upon work. This includes accessing your roofline, eaves, soffits, and any other areas necessary for the installation.

You are responsible for informing us of any property conditions that may affect the installation. This includes but is not limited to:

• Known structural issues with your roof or exterior
• Underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or landscaping features near the work area
• Any areas that are off limits or require special care
• Pets that may be affected by our presence on the property

We treat every property with respect and take care to leave your home in the same condition we found it, aside from the completed installation.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your estimate or installation, please let us know as soon as possible. We understand that plans change and we will work with you to find a new time that works.

For installations that have already been scheduled, we ask for at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This helps us manage our schedule and serve all of our customers effectively.

If work has already begun, cancellation terms will be discussed based on the amount of work completed.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website belongs to Crystal Clear Solutions LLC. This includes but is not limited to text, images, photos, videos, graphics, logos, and page designs. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our written permission.

Photos and videos of completed installations on our website and social media are the property of Crystal Clear Solutions LLC. Customers who consent to having their installation photographed or filmed grant us permission to use those images for marketing purposes.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms of service from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will post the updated version on this page with a new "last updated" date. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

Governing Law
